We are thrilled to joun forces as partners to bring Kauai Lash Cabana to life. This studio is our happy place and weve designed it in the hopes it becomes yours, too.

Meet Jessica Young

Jessica’s journey into the world of wellness began long before she picked up her first lash tweezer. Growing up immersed in the wellness industry through her mother’s work at world-renowned destination resorts like Canyon Ranch and Miraval, Jessica developed an early and deep-seated calling for the healing arts and professional skincare.

After beginning her academic journey in California, Jessica returned to her roots in Tucson, Arizona, to attend the Pure Aesthetics Natural Skincare School. There, she trained in a holistic, wellness-centered approach—a philosophy that continues to guide her today, ensuring every client receives care that is as nurturing as it is effective.

A Kauai Heart with Professional Precision

In 2008, Jessica made Kauai her permanent home and earned her Hawaii State Esthetician license. By 2011, she found her true niche in certified lash artistry. She specializes in advanced lash extension techniques and personalized styling, finding immense joy in helping her clients enhance their natural beauty and walk out of the studio with a renewed sense of confidence.

Beyond the Studio.

When she isn’t at the Cabana, Jessica is a dedicated mom (to both humans and dogs!) with a massive heart for animals. A true lover of the island lifestyle, you’ll likely find her exploring nature, chasing adventures, or enjoying local music. Dedicated to a clean, healthy lifestyle, Jessica believes in choosing only the highest-quality products and essentials—a standard of excellence she brings to every set of lashes she creates.

Meet Michelle Rath

With over a decade of experience as a world-renowned lash educator and founder of a global beauty brand, Michelle brings a master’s touch to Kauai Lash Cabana. While her career began in the fast-paced world of Los Angeles—where she trained thousands of artists and produced international beauty conferences—a life-changing health journey led her to seek a more meaningful, grounded way of life.

In 2019, Michelle followed her heart to Kauai, trading the "big city" hustle for the peace of the Garden Isle. This transition allowed her to refocus on what truly matters: personalized care, sustainable beauty, and community. Closing her previous chapter was the first step toward building something more intimate and heart-centered right here at home.

When she’s not in the studio, Michelle is deeply committed to protecting the turtles she loves. She is a passionate volunteer with Malama I na Honu, where she spends her time on the beach protecting and educating others about Hawaii’s beloved sea turtles. For Michelle, beauty is about more than just lashes—it’s about nurturing the spirit, giving back and helping every woman who walks through her door feel truly seen and cared for.
